Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016
MCF S.R.L. with registered office in Via Dell’Artigianato, 13 in Canonica d’Adda (BG), is committed to protecting the online privacy of its visitors. The information and data you provide or otherwise acquired as part of the registration will be processed in compliance with the provisions of the Regulations and the confidentiality obligations that inspire our activity. According to the rules of the Regulations, the treatments carried out by MCF will be based on the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, purpose limitation and retention, data minimization, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.
- Personal data object of the treatment
By processing personal data we mean any operation performed (with or without the use of automated processes) and applied to personal data, such as collection, registration, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, the extraction, the consultation, the use, the communication through transmission, diffusion or any other form of making available, the comparison or the interconnection, the limitation, the cancellation or the destruction. We inform you that the personal data object of treatment will be constituted – also according to its decisions on how to use the Services – from an identifier like the name, the email address, and other data suitable to make it identified or identifiable.
- Purpose of the treatment
The treatment we intend to carry out, with your specific consent where necessary, has the following purposes:
- to allow browsing and browsing of the MCF website
- respond to requests for assistance or information, which we will receive via e-mail, telephone, through the “Contact Us” page of our Website, or through the appropriate forms on the Website.
- fulfill legal, accounting and tax obligations;
- perform direct marketing via e-mail unless you have objected to such processing initially or on subsequent communications, to pursue the legitimate interest of MCF in promoting products or services that you may reasonably be interested in;
- to elaborate studies, researches, market statistics; send you advertising material, information, commercial information by e-mail or text message, and / or through the use of the telephone.
- Other information on data processing
The legal basis for processing Personal Data for the purposes set out in Section 2 is the execution of a contractual obligation as well as the legitimate interest. The treatments referred to in section 2 (d), carried out for marketing purposes, are applied on the basis of consent.
Your Personal Data may be shared, for the purposes referred to in Section 2 above, with subjects that typically act as Data Processing Responsible, that is: people, companies or professional firms that provide assistance and advice to MCF in accounting matters administrative, legal, tax, financial and debt collection with respect to the provision of the Services.
Personal Data processed for the purposes set out in section 2 will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve those same purposes. In any case, they will not be held for more than 10 years from the termination of the relationship. You have the right to ask MCF at any time, access to your Personal Data, rectification or cancellation of the same or to oppose their processing in the cases provided for in Article 20 of the Regulation, you have the right to request the limitation of the treatment in the cases provided for by art. 18 of the Regulation, as well as obtaining in a structured format, in common use and readable by automatic device, the data concerning you (portability), in the cases provided for by art. 20 of the Regulation.
In any case, you are always entitled to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data), pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulation, if you consider that the processing of your data is contrary to the law in force.
This privacy policy has been in force since 25 May 2018. MCF reserves the right to modify or simply update its content, in part or completely, also due to changes in the applicable legislation. Should the modifications to the present Policy regard substantial changes in the treatments or may have a significant impact on the interested parties, MCF will take appropriate steps to notify the interested parties accordingly.
